Fully Insured not just Public Liability and Workers Compensation that are tha minimum requirements to operate a business. We also have Construction Insurance and all of our tools, equipment and vehicles.
Most importantly we have NSW HBCF insurance which is required for all residential building works over $20,000 – we won’t ask you to be an Owner Builder to bypass this. We have current eligibility and maintain our status. This is not a general insurance and not all builders have or maintain eligibility.
